Today, we’ve a £180m+ turnover and an established nationwide network across almost 250 locations, including massive regional and local distribution centres. Our extensive range of equipment, plant, specialist kit and tools is robust, well maintained and always ready to use. And they are all provided by our highly knowledgeable team of technical and safety experts.

Our Training Academy
Our people make us great - which is why we’re proud to support all of our colleagues with comprehensive training, learning and development programmes. In 2013, we took this to a whole new level with the launch of our brand new, purpose-built training academy in Reading, an industry-leading investment in training and development. Here, we develop the skills of our colleagues and provide all sales focused new starters with a comprehensive 5 week residential induction, covering everything from Health & Safety to Product Knowledge to Customer Service. They also receive on-the-job training, so they can develop the technical and behavioural skills they need to succeed in their role and flourish throughout their career.
