Freelancing in the UK has seen notable growth over the last few years, with a 36% increase in the number of people making it their career. In the Uk today there is over 1.65 million people working freelance as their main job, with 255,000 choosing to freelance as a second job.

Graduates especially are finding freelancing to a be a more attractive option, with 28% saying that it is part of their future career plan.

So why is freelancing so popular?
