Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 depending on experience

XPO IT Services Limited is a specialist provider of recycled IT equipment and secure IT asset disposal services that is based in Telford. The company buys IT equipment from a range of public and private sector organisations, in the UK and America, which it reconditions and then re-sell into, predominately, Eastern European markets. The company also provides data destruction, IT equipment relocation and IT asset disposal services. Thanks to the strength of the IT recycling market, the company has grown significantly over the last 12-months and now needs to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Graduate Marketer (KEEN).
With a proven ability to use a range of business tools to analyse and interpret market conditions, you will be able to develop effective marketing strategies that can improve profitability, increase market share and develop new client groups. You will be able to create client-focused online and offline communication plans, including direct marketing, advertising, PR and interactive marketing campaigns and will have a good understanding of the digital marketing tree, particularly SEO, social media and email marketing. You will have experience of online copywriting and editing and be able to use a variety of tactics to increase site visibility and improve conversion rates.
Being a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, you will be proficient at building and managing profitable B2B relationships using a variety of mediums
To improve the quality of your online and offline communication plans, you will understand the need to monitor marketing strategies, be able to gather and analyse market intelligence and to use the results to direct future campaigns and improve returns on investment. You will be able to use your innovative approach and time management skills to deliver online and offline approaches that can achieve their objectives.
Qualified to degree level in Marketing, Business or other related disciplines, along with a good understanding of content management, CRM and reporting software packages along with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative applications, you will have a portfolio of knowledge and skills that can be used to add value to this exciting project.
In return for your expertise, you will have the opportunity to join an ambitious organisation and lead a business critical project. You will be mentored, throughout the duration of the project, by an experienced academic from the University of Wolverhampton and by one of the Directors at XPO IT Services.
