IT Telesales Executive (Basic + High Commission to earn)

Looking for 2 x IT Telesales Executives - that can join a growing team, that a keen to apply themselves to earn high commissions
The candidate should have an interest in IT, keen to learn, preferably a graduate or studying for a degree.
Must be quick learners, you will need to understand about IT Cloud offerings and Software, articulate messages in a constructive way and be able to close!
The job will involve...
- Sourcing new opportunities through leads and cold calls
- Making a high volume of cold calls per day approx. 100
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Providing effective information to prospective customers
- Assigning qualified opportunities to sales executives for development
- Closing sales, achieving quarterly targets
- Research accounts identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintaining and expanding a database of prospective customers
- Working with managers to build pipelines and close deals
- Database cleansing
The Person will...
- Have experience of working within a sales or cold calling environment
- Have a track record of over-achieving targets
- Have a strong telephone manner with experience of high call volumes
- Experience working with Dynamics or a similar CRM
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written
- Possess strong listening and presentation skills
- Have some experience of web presentation tools
- Have the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
