Application Process & Careers at Wayfair

We are looking for students and graduates with a strong background in a Business or Technical related field, who are good at multi-tasking, working in a team and thriving in a fast-paced environment. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset and are an exceptional problem solver with good analytical skills, Wayfair is looking for you!

After submitting CV and cover letter, your application will be reviewed by our recruiters, who will then schedule an initial phone screen to test candidates’ inner drive and experience. Successful candidates will then be invited for a panel interview onsite – at our London or Berlin offices, depending on the position you apply for. For internship positions, we will often invite candidates to assessment days onsite. Assistance with preparation for all interview stages will be provided throughout the application process.
