A press ad campaign from multi-disciplinary branding and communication agency Aqueduct aims to attract the brightest talent to the Student Centre of the leading global finance career site eFinancialCareers.com with its witty word play.
The ad is a play on the Mary Poppins’ song ‘supercalifragilisticexpialidocious’ and calls for ‘super calibre, analytic, expert and judicious” graduates to visit the site to find the best banking and finance jobs, discover hiring trends and insider tips to help them ‘outsmart’ the competition.
Sam Knock, Aqueduct account manager, says: “The ad proves that a neat creative idea will always achieve cut through. The ad is not the usual corporate speak associated with the finance sector – it’s witty, raises a smile and will grab readers’ attention.”
Alison Traboulsi, Graduate Marketing Manager of eFinancialCareers.com, says: “This is a well-targeted, perfectly formed ad that talks directly to our target audience – young, bright graduates looking for a first class graduate role. We think the idea and execution of the advert is unique and very clever.
The three-month campaign will appear in several graduate-orientated publications from September, including Real World magazine, Graduate Elite and Success magazine.
