This is the second intake into the Showsec Academy and you’ll spend a year developing operational and management skills—training whilst gaining real operational experience. Once you’ve passed, you will have the chance to be in charge not just of a team of people, but of the security of thousands of members of the public at events like huge festivals, concerts and sporting fixtures.


The question is—are you good enough to get in?

You’ll need to be a pretty impressive person, with a sharp mind and a knack for dealing with people - even in difficult circumstances.

If you’re professional in the way you go about things, good at planning ahead, great in a team, and you have a full driving licence, we want to hear from you.

Experience in the security or events industries is not essential.
