Fuller's searches for pub and hotel managers
Pub retailer Fuller, Smith & Turner has launched its first hospitality graduate programme designed to find the brightest and best pub managers of the future.
The programme will train, challenge and develop graduates, focusing on Fuller’s four pillars: outstanding cask-conditioned ales, delicious fresh food, great wines and engaging service.
Jonathon Swaine, operations director at Fuller’s, said: “The Fuller’s hospitality graduate programme will be designed for the individual, equipping them with all the skills they need to run one of our premium pubs. You need to be creative, passionate, intelligent and bold, and have a good grasp of business to excel in this field.”
