Bosch continually invests in sustainable improvements to its existing product ranges and in the development of new technologies, which ensures it is providing some of the most energy-efficient and eco-friendly products available. This is reflected in its research and development budget, which surpassed €4 billion in 2010. No less than 45 per cent of this expenditure was directed toward eco-friendly, and resource-conserving products. Researchers and developers in all business sectors at Bosch work continuously on finding solutions to the challenges of environmental protection. This sees the company applying for 3,800 patents a year, which stands at 15 patents a day!

The Bosch graduate specialist programme offers participants the opportunity to develop their careers in a specialist, managerial or project role from an early stage. After having a systematic introduction, participants will take over specific fields of activity in their chosen function.
