Office Intern, UK

Salary – £16,500 per annum

We are seeking an organised, professional and enthusiastic individual to work as an Office Intern in our UK Head Office in London Bridge.  You will have completed your BA or BSc (Hons) degree and can demonstrate enthusiasm for this role.

Within the Office Intern role, there are two central aspects. Firstly, you shall be responsible for sales administration and reporting using your outstanding administration skills. You will be confident with all aspects of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Having some experience with Sage Accounting Software would be an advantage but not essential. You shall be responsible for invoicing customers, sending customer statements and developing new means to facilitate more efficient working processes. You shall also manage the sales reporting and update the international team on sales figures versus our European budgets on a regular basis.

The second aspect of the role involves managing the running and upkeep of the office and promoting a harmonious and calm working environment for the UK team. You will need excellent communication skills both in person and on the telephone to greet and welcome visitors and colleagues from abroad.
