Kinetic Partners is the only global professional services firm focused exclusively on the investment management industry. We offer our clients a tailored yet comprehensive range of audit and assurance, tax, consulting, corporate recovery and forensic services.
Since Kinetic Partners launch in London in March 2005, the firm has opened offices in Dublin, Grand Cayman, New York and Geneva. With five offices, over 780 clients and 86 people we support investment managers, from initial set up through development and reconstruction, to eventual sale or other conclusion of the business and its products.

Main Purpose of Job
To develop in-depth knowledge of our audit services and understand how it impacts on our clients. The successful candidate will be able to undertake audit and other assignments with minimal supervision.
It is crucial that you can understand the industry in which our clients operate and the business issues which affect them.
Particular Duties and Responsibilities:
Undertake audit roles as directed, including maintaining and updating client information.
Undertake other accounting and consulting roles as directed.
Develop a good understanding of the industry in which our clients operate.
Develop a good understanding of the services we provide to the industry.
Other duties as directed.
Skills Required for the Role:
Strong academic credentials, including at least 240 UCAS and 2:1 degree.
Excellent team working skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle deadline pressures.
Numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to develop junior staff.
International and European languages beneficial.
