Xchanging is one of the largest and fastest growing business process outsourcing firms in the world.

This means we do certain business functions on behalf of our customers. For instance; rather than a company employing 500 IT staff, they can choose for us to carry out their IT functions for them - and hence that particular business process becomes outsourced. This can be done for any non-core business processes, other examples being accounting, procurement and HR.

As part of the Xchanging graduate programme you will gain experience within the corporate headquarters and within the industry-specific business entities - IT, HR, insurance, banking and procurement, performing four six-month placements in roles including accounting, sales, marketing, project management, account management, operations, HR or IT.
