UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHAMPTON We offer around 140 taught postgraduate programmes and doctoral opportunities in over 160 research areas.
Founded in 1952, today the University has around 25,000 students, including over 4,000 postgraduates and around 1,800 overseas students from more than 100 different countries. There are five main teaching campuses in Southampton and one in Winchester, and a range of accommodation within easy reach.
The University has a vibrant campus culture with a theatre, concert hall, art gallery and sports centre (including swimming pool) on the main campus, and over 200 student clubs and societies.
Applications are welcomed from well-qualified graduates throughout the year although early application is advised. Studentships are available for UK, EU and international students.
