The L'Oréal Management Training Scheme comprises a personalised, 12 month development programme and includes professional training in 12 business disciplines. Over the year, Management Trainees will work in three different areas of L’Oréal's business to help maximise their potential and prepare them for future leadership. They could find themselves masterminding a launch strategy for one of our world renowned brands, such as Diesel or Armani, or negotiating with buyers at Britain's largest retailers. Or perhaps they’d be more suited to tackling the logistical challenges presented by a company that produces over 4.5 billion products yearly, or to managing part of L’Oréal's €17.5 billion revenue.
