Harrods are looking for Graduates with a passion for luxury retail, who are driven to exceed customer expectations and want to learn the true ‘art of retail selling’.
The 16-month programme is designed to develop individuals into world-class retailers with a focus on becoming our managers of the future. To do this, you will learn about Harrods from a grassroots level up, in order to understand all aspects of our business.
You will spend time understanding the roles of Sales Associate and Supervisor by working across departments from Harrods Signature, Toys and Food Halls to Fashion, Furniture and Fine Jewellery.
To gain a well rounded view of the business you will have the opportunity to spend time in a Head Office area such as Buying, HR, Marketing or Distribution. At the end of the programme you will be well equipped to take up a management role.
