The Team is headed by Lesley Exley, an experienced general manager and marketing communications expert, with 25 years as a practitioner in retail, e-commerce, consumer and luxury brands, who has worked for top organisations, including Selfridges, Waterford Wedgwood and L’Oréal.  The expertise of our Partners, Consultants and Researchers encompasses a wide breadth of sectors, guaranteeing profound insight into the requirements for each search.

Located in the West End of London, we have cultivated extensive knowledge and experience of working with both UK and international companies, with a successful search reach in the UK, mainland Europe, USA, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
