CEVA Logistics, one of the world’s leading supply chain companies, designs and implements industry leading solutions for large and medium-size national and multinational companies.

Approximately 50,000 employees are dedicated to delivering effective and robust supply chain solutions across a variety of sectors and CEVA applies its operational expertise to provide best-in-class services across its integrated network, with a presence in over 170 countries. For the year ending 31 December 2010, the Group reported revenues of €6.8 billion.

We have over 20 years experience of delivering integrated, end-to-end supply chain solutions to the world’s leading organizations.  Our focus is on building long-term partnerships which deliver tangible results and give our customers a platform for sustained business growth. To do this, we go deep into their operations, analyze their processes, understand their needs and dove-tail our systems to make sure they’re more efficient, reliable and flexible. Our business model is designed to deliver economies of scale and exceptional performance, at best cost.

Our experienced and committed management team can integrate customer operations quickly, easily and thoroughly. Change is a constructive process, and we have the expertise and resources to make it a positive experience for all.  As you might expect, diversity and inclusion is an important priority for us, but not just in terms of ethnic mix or our male/female employee ratio. This is all about attitude. One of our strengths is that we are open to everyone’s points of view and curious about what they think.

Our people pride themselves in responding to pressure. Their commitment to finding solutions for our customers is inspiring, especially when the pressure is really on.

People - We hold the coveted Investor in People (IIP) accreditation across our UK operations, reflecting our commitment and the quality of our team. You’ll see this in the way we shape and deliver sector leading solutions.

Systems - Best-in-class IT systems means we’re able to track and monitor every single shipment, for every single step of its journey – ensuring our customers have total and open visibility of the supply chain.

Operational excellence - At the very heart of our offer is a LEAN program designed to reduce costs, improve the quality of our services and deliver superior value at every stage.

Measuring success - Accurate measurement is key to improving supply chain performance. Using Global Standard Metrics (GSM) – we can ensure effective measurement in five key areas: Efficiency, Quality, Service, Safety and People.

Looking to the future, we have launched a new strategy for 2011-2013.  It is a highly focused, high impact plan which is a strong business model, a clear plan for future growth.  As we move forward we are well positioned to continue to grow our business, helping to maintain and build on recent positive trends.  At every link in the supply chain, we can help to make business flow.

We offer a range of opportunities for Graduates on our Graduate Trainee Programme, empowering Graduates to understand the business and identify which areas are of particular interest to them – such as warehouse design, transport planning, developing IT programmes, or managing client contracts.  Obviously there are also opportunities in back-office functions including HR, administration, engineering, finance, security and training.
