Our General Management (Leaders for Business) programme offers roles which deliver a wide breadth of skills and experience across the company, including people and project management, the commercial world, running our operation and delivering premium service to our 32 million customers per year.

The Finance and Procurement programmes immerse graduates into departments that manage revenues in excess of £8 billion and are responsible for around £5 billion of external spend every year respectively, working closely with every part of the airline. Graduates on both programmes are supported to achieve professional qualifications.

Our World Cargo graduates spend time working in areas such as sales, marketing, revenue management, operations and HR within the Cargo directorate. There is a strong focus on the global logistics of delivering our World Cargo products and services to our customers.

HR graduates become specialists in the key driver behind British Airways; our people. Working in areas such as leadership and talent, reward and organisational development, alongside working as a HR Business Partner and a Policy and Casework Support executive, you will develop a sound understanding of our people strategy and processes and how our 34,000 colleagues deliver our strategy.

Our Engineering programme allows graduates to learn very technical and specialist skills coupled with key leadership capabilities. Safety is our first priority across BA, and our world leading Engineering department is the driver of this culture, ensuring our 230 aircraft are safe and ready to fly.
